We will walk you through the process of identifying and refining your idea, how to find the resources to get started and how to begin designing the ecosystem in which your idea needs to thrive.

You will walk away with a basic understanding of what is needed to get any idea out of your head and into the world with a free side of validation (is this a good idea, will it fly) just because we’re here to serve. No worries on the idea being perfect - nothing ever is at the beginning and that’s not even the point. As a matter of fact, you don’t even have to have an idea at all just yet, you can use this as a test case to get used to the process of generating ideas and walking through what’s needed to launch. This is just about getting started.

Nicole Dickens is a seasoned Silicon Valley professional with two decades of experience, boasting over 15 years in Fortune 100 management and start-up roles. Her expertise spans strategic planning, analysis, new product launches, and program management. Nicole has honed her leadership skills in diverse environments, from managing high-functioning teams during mergers and spin-offs to implementing robust business processes and controls. Her international consulting work has significantly impacted developing nations, assisting small to midsize businesses in tackling poverty and unemployment. A passionate advocate for living authentically and making an impactful difference, Nicole has collaborated extensively to design products and services that resonate with personal belief systems. Over the past ten years, her focus has shifted to the start-up world, where she has excelled in aligning strategy with core values, crafting experiences that attract investment and customers alike. Nicole is the visionary founder and principal of Zoetica, Inc., a consultancy dedicated to empowering entrepreneurs to breathe life into innovative concepts.
